SoPark's manufacturing facility consists of a 25,000 square foot building located in Buffalo, New York. Our manufacturing philosophy is to produce assemblies in a continuous flow mode whenever possible, allowing us to quickly identify and resolve any manufacturing issues before a significant amount of work in process is created.

Our three surface mount placement lines, each consisting of Siemens chip shooters and Siemens flexible placement machines, provide a capacity of over 28 million placements a month. All three lines are identical and interchangeable. Over 10,000 BGAs and micro BGAs are successfully placed each month.
