- Customer
Service. Here, we adeptly handle customer inquiries,
quotation processing, and sales order status... from acknowledgment
to production and on through to delivery of your finished
product.
- Procurement.
SoPark provides full turnkey services. Our MRP system specifies
only the approved manufacturer's part number for your bill
of material.
- Product
Engineering. Our highly trained engineers utilize the
latest computer-aided design tools and can start working
with you at the earliest design stages. They assemble customer
specifications, bill of materials, CAD data, and Gerbers
and then turn them into machine programs, work instructions,
and revision controlled BOM's in SoPark's ERP system.
- BGA
Inspection. Our BGA inspection system allows inspection
for bridging, flux residue, proper wetting, and also validates
the proper reflow profile.
- Testing.
SoPark's sophisticated testing capabilities include functional
Genrad in-circuit testing, temperature and humidity chamber
testing, and other detailed test procedures specified by
the customer.
